KEYNOTE
1. Pei Chen
Pei Chen is the Chief Operating Offer (COO) of Token Foundry, a business advisory arm of ConsenSys that helps promising blockchain projects launch successful token sales. Her responsibilities include developing, communicating and executing strategic initiatives, and overseeing key businesses and relations. Prior to Consensys, Pei served as a Senior Product Manager at Goldman Sachs, leading a team of business architects and software developers to design and deploy key technology solutions across for multiple business departments. She has over eight years of experience in the financial industry with a proven ability to drive large-scale technology initiatives and influence business strategy. Pei received a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance from Lehigh University and holds a Bachelors in Economics with a Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship from Zhejiang University.

2. Arnold Chu 朱世昌
Mr. Chu has over 30 years of experience in the capital market financial world. Mr. Chu has provided leadership and visions within major financial firms: Bear Stearns, Schroders, and GMAC. At GMAC, he grew from his initial role as the business risk officer for GMAC RFC Securities to oversee the market/credit risk of the GMAC RFC Capital Market. In 2010, Mr. Chu broadened his experience in the governance and regulatory arena by joining the US Treasury Department – OTS. He supervised banks in the northeast region in the role of a capital market expert. In 2011, Mr. Chu moved to the Federal Housing Finance Agency where he supervises the housing GSEs: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks.

3. Wilfred Daye
Wilfred Daye is a leading expert in digital currencies with extensive experience in research, trading and risk management. Currently, Wilfred is the Head of Financial Markets at OKCoin. Prior to this position, he worked as a portfolio manager and head quant for an alternative investments organization in NYC, specializing in fiat and digital currencies, and their derivatives.
Previously, Wilfred worked at UBS as an Executive Director in Structured Financing Trading, where he was responsible for portfolio construction and risk management of securitized product collaterals. Wilfred has also worked for Deutsche Bank as a Quant Risk Manager. Prior to DB, Wilfred was a senior portfolio market risk manager for D.B. Zwirn, specializing in both cash and synthetic structured credit derivatives. Prior to that, Wilfred led the Client Valuation Group for Lehman Brothers and was part of CDO management team at Barclays Capital. He began his career at Lehman Brothers’ CMBS desk.
Prior to joining the financial industry, he was an NSF translational research scientist specializing in breast cancer gene therapy.

6. Ben Melnicki
Mr. Benjamin Melnicki currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel for Noble Markets, LLC where he is responsible for the overall regulatory program of a platform that provides a real-time digital currency settlement solution to OTC counterparties and exchanges through its affiliate Noble Bank International LLC.
Mr. Melnicki joined Noble from Bank of America Corporation, where he was Director of Swap Dealer Compliance. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Melnicki served as Head of Sales & Trading Compliance and Assistant General Counsel for Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Melnicki spent over four years at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in the Public Finance Group (formerly Municipal Securities Division), with an emphasis on day-to-day surveillance of all trading activity reported to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
Mr. Melnicki first began his career as a retail broker specializing in municipal sales to high net-worth retail customers at The Jeffrey Matthews Financial Group, before moving on to Herbert J. Sims & Co. Mr. Melnicki received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and is a graduate of New York Law School.

7. Jason Qiao
e Executive Director of JP Morgan and he served as the Head of Portfolio Construction and Quantitative Research for the Dynamic Multi-Asset & Advisory Strategies. In 2013, Jason took leading roles in research efforts to develop innovative investment products, quantitative alpha strategies, global tactical asset allocation, as well as building proprietary tools for portfolio construction, risk management and investment vehicle selection. Prior to this role, Jason held a multitude of leading research roles within JPMorgan. He was the Director of Quant Research covering the Global Access Investment Team and lead Quant Research for a strategic investment advisor group serving the firm’s institutional clients. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2006 as Quant Research for the CIB Risk Methodology Team. With extensive international experience, Jason began his career as the Bank Regulator for People’s Bank of China in 2000. Jason holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Memphis as well as a Master of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. Additionally, he holds a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
